There are two kinds of cheesecake in every Hestia cheesecake.

It starts with a crisp biscuit base and a rich baked cheesecake, topped with a lighter chilled cheesecake mousse for a contrast of textures in every slice.

Each one is then finished according to its flavour, with piped whipped ganache and details such as fresh or dried fruit, toasted nuts, chocolate and seasonal ingredients.

Rich enough to feel like pudding. Light enough to contemplate another slice.
