We are also offering the full range to choose from on the 23rd December! You have the choice of collection from Wymondham or delivery to a desired address in Norfolk! Delivery is charged at 50p per mile from Wymondham.

  • Peppermint macaron shells filled with peppermint ganache, made with a natural peppermint extract

  • A salty and sweet pretzel ganache sandwiched between blue and silver sparkling macaron shells

Mulled Pear Chocolate Santa Entremet (GF) - £6

  • A mulled pear compote centre, surrounded by a milk chocolate mousse with a touch of Poire William liqueur, a pear and walnut buttermilk sponge, chocolate shell, mirror glaze, walnut and pecan chocolate ‘belt’, whipped pear ganache hat.

Chocolate Caramel Christmas Tree Entremet (GF) - £6

  • A caramelised white chocolate cremeux, set in the middle of a salted caramel milk chocolate mousse with a caramelised white chocolate caramel sponge, dipped in chocolate, green mirror glaze, sprinkles and edible glitter to decorate

  • A passionfruit fluid gel centre, coconut mousse, coconut dacquoise, coconut and passionfruit croustillant white chocolate coconut spray, edible glitter

  • Chocolate sable tart case, filled with an orange jelly and orange panna cotta, decorated with chocolate cremeux and orange zest.

  • Almond sable tart case filled with a baked boozy eggnog custard, with fresh grated nutmeg
