Ordering from Hestia
The useful bits.
Everything at Hestia is made to order, so a little planning goes a long way.
Whether you're collecting something to share at home or arranging delivery for a larger celebration, here's everything worth knowing before your order makes its way from my kitchen to your table.
First things first.
PLAN AHEAD
Please allow at least two weeks' notice for private orders wherever possible. Dates can fill quickly, particularly around markets and busy periods.
Need something sooner? It's always worth asking. If I have space in the diary I'll happily help, but availability can't be guaranteed.
HOW TO ORDER
Start with the enquiry form on the relevant Gatherings, Celebrations or Weddings page, or get in touch through the Contact page if you're not quite sure where your order fits.
Once we've agreed the details, I'll send your invoice by email with everything you need to pay by bank transfer.
SECURING YOUR ORDER
Your order is secured once full payment or an agreed deposit has been received. For private orders, full payment is required no later than one week before collection or delivery.
Collecting from Hestia
Hestia Patisserie is made from my home kitchen in Wymondham, Norfolk. The full collection address will be provided once your order is confirmed.
We'll arrange a collection window beforehand so your order can stay safely refrigerated until you're due to arrive. Please arrive within your agreed collection time and let me know as soon as possible if you're running early or late.
As Hestia is also my home, collections are from the front door only. Please don't enter the property unless invited.
A precious passenger.
Your pâtisserie has made it safely through the Hestia kitchen - now it just needs a little care on the final part of its journey.
For cakes and other delicate orders, clear a flat, stable space in the passenger footwell before collection and keep the car cool with air conditioning when needed. Please don't transport cakes on seats or laps, where they're much more likely to tilt or move.
Drive gently, avoid sudden braking where possible and head home or to your venue without unnecessary stops.
I'll provide any product-specific storage and serving advice when you collect your order.

Delivery is available for private orders across Norfolk and North Suffolk, subject to availability.
Delivery is quoted individually according to the journey required, including both travel time and mileage. Your delivery charge will always be confirmed before your order is booked.
For larger events and weddings, delivery and set-up arrangements may be quoted separately as part of your event proposal.
A note about allergens.
Please tell me about any allergies or dietary requirements before placing your order, even if you've ordered from Hestia before.
All regulated allergens are handled within the Hestia kitchen. While careful working practices are used to reduce the risk of cross-contact, Hestia cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of an allergen.
Some products can be made without particular ingredients — including a range made without gluten — but this does not mean they have been produced in an allergen-free environment.
