As Easter Weekend falls on our regular Farmer’s Market weekend, we will have a slightly larger menu with lots of chocolate flavours of course!

    • Pistachio sponge, rhubarb hibiscus compote, pistachio bavois, poached rhubarb, pistachio whipped ganache

  • Lemon Raspberry Meringue Tart

    • Almond sable, lemon and raspberry curd, lemon confit, raspberry italian meringue

  • Banana Custard Tart

    • Almond sable, baked vanilla custard, banana cremeux, vanilla and banana whipped ganache
