Easter Simnel Cake

Spring has sprung here at Hestia Patisserie and with it brings the return of Simnel Cakes!

Made with dried fruits soaked in calvados, lemon and orange juice this moist fruit cake is full of flavour! Decorated with a nod to a traditional Simnel Cake, our’s have torched marzipan, dehydrated orange slices and freeze dried orange and raspberry pieces

These will be available to collect from Wymondham between Monday 30th March and Friday 3rd April or from Creake Abbey Farmer’s Market, Saturday 4th April.
