Triple Chocolate Bûche de Noël
For the chocolate lovers at the Christmas table.
Layers of rich chocolate Guinness sponge and crisp chocolate croustillant sit beneath silky 56% dark chocolate and white chocolate crémeux, all wrapped in a light milk chocolate mousse.
Finished with a delicate chocolate velvet coating, a little festive sparkle and miniature chocolate Christmas trees.

Salted Caramel Hazelnut Bûche de Noël
A little indulgence for the Christmas table.
Hazelnut buttermilk sponge and a crisp hazelnut and white chocolate croustillant are layered with Baileys whipped ganache, silky hazelnut namelaka and rich baked salted caramel cream, all wrapped in a delicate vanilla and white chocolate mousse.
Finished with a fine white chocolate velvet coating and a touch of festive sparkle.
