Eggnog Custard Tart
A festive twist on a classic custard tart, with all the comforting richness of traditional eggnog.
Our signature almond sablé pastry is filled with a beautifully smooth, creamy custard made with Advocaat and decorated with freshly grated nutmeg. Delicately spiced and wonderfully indulgent, it's a simple but rather special way to finish a Christmas feast.

Brown Butter Pear Tart
A delicate celebration of pear, with the wonderful nutty warmth of brown butter.
Our signature almond sablé pastry is layered with a rich brown butter financier, Conference pear compote and silky pear crémeux, finished with a beautifully light pear whipped ganache and delicate slices of fresh Conference pear.
Elegant, buttery and gently fruity, with a lovely balance of textures in every bite.

Coffee Vanilla Tart
A beautifully indulgent combination of rich coffee, chocolate and fragrant vanilla.
Our chocolate almond sablé pastry is layered with a delicate chocolate ladyfinger biscuit, soft coffee caramel and silky coffee crème brûlée, finished with a light vanilla whipped ganache and coffee beans.
Rich, aromatic and wonderfully balanced, with layers of contrasting textures and a gentle sweetness.

All three flavours are available as 8" sharing tarts, made exclusively to order for the 23rd December ready for your Christmas tables. Pre-orders must be placed by 13 December 2026.
